Partner Management & Operations

  • Own the full lifecycle of Pushkin's QBR process with key partners — scheduling, data gathering, liaising with senior production, business, and commercial leadership, tracking follow-ups, and preparing initial decks for VP review
  • Maintain the Airtable deals pipeline, ensuring records are accurate and up to date and  tracking deal stages, deadlines, and key terms across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Support the VP in maintaining deal and contract checklists, templates, playbook and fallback language, and workflow guides

  • Extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple deals and workstreams simultaneously without dropping details

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
